About BAR Health & Wellness

BAR Health & Wellness is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making practical health and wellness education, including CPR and emergency preparedness training, more accessible to the community.

Booking Inquiries

Submitting a request through our Booking Form is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A member of our team will follow up by email to confirm availability, program details, and any additional steps required, which may include a separate registration form or liability waiver signed at or before an in-person session. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any request at our discretion.

The content on this Site, including descriptions of our training programs, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
